Lights Return Policy:
1. Damage Returns:
In the event of serious damage caused by us or during shipping, the product can be returned within 14 days.
2. Return Request Process:
Notify us via email at info@peonyhomedecor.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Include reasons for return and photographic evidence. Our company does not accept returns for damage reported after 14 days.
3. Refund for Damaged Product:
If the customer chooses not to exchange a damaged product, a full refund will be deposited to the credit card used for the purchase within 3-5 working days.
4. One-Year Guarantee:
All lights are guaranteed for one year. Within this period, our company guarantees free repair or replacement for technical problems.
5. Refund for Change of Mind:
Refund requests for change of mind or dissatisfaction (not caused by damaged or faulty products) will result in store credit. The store credit is valid for 30 days after receipt.
Items which are purchased with AFTERPAY are not eligible for a refund. Instead all full prices items purchased with AFTERPAY are eligible for credit note or exchange only, if the garment is unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
